I am qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association and I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. I am passionate about pilates and have been teaching pilates for several years.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. It has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.
Regular pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates also develops strength, flexibility and good breathing technique.
