How It Works
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
Dancing is still coming out as one of the best ways to keep fit. Not only does it exercise the whole body but it also exercises the brain. Recent research has shown that dancing can reduce the occurrence of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease as dancing requires constant split-second, rapid-fire decision making.
Wear comfortable trainers, and bring a drink and a towel.
